What’s in the box?
A set of five easy-to-use, essential tools to help you make pasta from scratch, all sturdily but elegantly made from beechwood, aluminium and stainless steel:

Pappardelle rolling pin – cuts and scores through rolled-out dough to make pappardelle – flat pasta noodles, a little wider than fettuccine. 31cm W.
- Farfalle rolling cutter – roll over lightly floured dough to cut into perfect 3.5cm squares, then gently squeeze each square in the centre to make the classic ‘bow-tie’ shape.
- Pasta or pastry wheel cutter – a fast and easy way to cut pasta sheets into crinkle-edged ribbons, or for cutting hand-shaped ravioli into little flavour-packed parcels, just lie your pasta sheet flat, top with spoonfuls of filling – leaving enough space around each to seal the edges – lay another sheet of pasta on top and press to seal around the fillings, then run the cutter along the edges to cut out your artisan-style ravioli.
- Round ravioli cutter – layer up pasta sheet over filling on top of pasta sheet, then stamp out perfect 4.5cm Dia. circles …
