"Circulon Excellence" star star star star star I generally use stainless steel pans but like to keep some non-stick, mainly for egg recipes. Unfortunately, the majority of non-stick pans seem to be of poor quality with cheap bases and coatings that flake off easily. The quality of the Circulon pans has been a very pleasant surprise and the stainless steel bases heat up quickly on my induction hob. I've made several very sticky tomato based sauces, scrambled eggs, omelets and stir-fried veggies and nothing has stuck to them. They are quick and easy to clean by hand but I do put the lids in the dishwasher. I would certainly recommend them.
