A super-simple kitchen ‘gadget’, this 3-part veg chopper requires no batteries or electricity – just one-person-power, the ability to grip the handles and a little dexterity to twist the two ‘bladed’ segments from side to side.
Easy to use
Just pop in a few florets of cauliflower or broccoli – or a handful of spiralized veg – then press the blades of the top segment into the veggies and start to twist the two inset handles. Deeply satisfying to use, you can feel the pieces getting smaller as you do the twist, and it works fast too – so it won’t take long to create enough ‘rice’ for several servings.
Dishwasher safe
Stain-resistant, all three parts of the veggie ricer can be popped into the dishwasher when you’ve finished prep for dinner.
