Firstly the jug doesn't pour well. Secondly the reservoir canopy becomes detached to easily. And thirdly we have found it discolours the tea if the filter requires changing after only 3 weeks use (yes we are in a very hard water area !) Unfortunately we assumed a fault with teabags and milk before discovering the ZeroWater filter jug was the cause of our yellow tea !
