About Tom Kerridge
Tom Kerridge and his wife Beth have owned and run The Hand and Flowers in the quiet Buckinghamshire town of Marlow since 2005, and it has gone on to become the first (and only) pub in the world to acquire two Michelin stars. In 2014 he opened a second pub in Marlow, The Coach. Tom says he doesn’t do “that ‘temple of gastronomy’ thing – I just want people to have a nice time, and that includes the warmth of hospitality.”
As well as overseeing his pubs, Tom has hosted BBC television series, been a regular on popular cookery shows such as Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen, and has presented the BBC's Food and Drink and Bake Off: Crème de la Crème. His previous cookbooks include Proper Pub Food, Tom Kerridge's Best Ever Dishes, and Tom's Table as well as the recent bestsellers Tom Kerridge's Dopamine Diet and Lose Weight for Good.
