Have just bought this and so pleased. Really sturdy and does the job well. Mini a good size - not really that mini!! Expensive yes but sometimes you get what you pay for! At time of writing - a free lettuce knife too!!
great salad spinner with lovely bowl to serve salad in after. my 2 year loves helping when its time to spin the salad!

I bought this not realising there was a bigger one, and it's ideal for my family. We're not big salad eaters so this is just right for rinsing salads for us. I mainly use it for homegrown leaves and it gets them nice and clean and dry. The fact the knob on top can be latched in the down position helps with storage. My only slight gripe is that the lid isn't submersible, which I forgot the first time so got water trapped in between the layers of the lid!
I thought initially this was a bit expensive, but with the spinner latching down and the bowl doubling up as a lovely salad bowl it makes up for the price. There are only 2 of us and it's the perfect size, when we have more people round it just means I have to fill it a few times - no big deal. It's sturdy and I'm happy with it. The only couple of gripes are the double lid which is fiddly to clean and the fact you do have to keep emptying the water to get the leaves really dry.
