"Will NOT make thin crepes" star star star_border star_border star_border The pan is certainly non-stick BUT (and it's a big but) the dimpled surface resists the flow of pancake batter. The result is that it's impossible to get a really thin layer of batter to flow evenly and quickly over the surface. The end result is a thicker crepe than it's possible to get with a completely smoothe surfaced pan.
