Infused with beeswax, the cloth wrap allows your loaf to breathe so it won’t sweat, but helps to keep it at its best for longer. Natural and sustainable

Handmade in Vermont from a mixture of organic cotton, beeswax, organic jojoba oil and tree resin, these attractive natural substitutes for planet-polluting single-use plastics can be washed and reused again and again, and then composted at the end of their life.

The beeswax and jojoba oil they’re impregnated with have antibacterial properties that help keep your food fresh and allow the wraps to be reused.

Seal with the heat of your hand

These malleable wraps are easy to use. Just place your food on the wrap, then use the warmth from your hands to easily mould it around whatever you’re wrapping to create a seal that will stay in place as the wrap cools.

Versatile

Wrap up sandwiches and other snacks for taking on picnics. Cover half-used lemons, opened packets of cheese, a half-eaten baguette or loaf of home-made bread. Wrap up fresh herbs, loose vegetables, or cover salad bowls and dishes of leftovers for storing in the fridge –these adaptable wraps can be put to a multitude of uses.

Washable and reusable

Your Bee’s Wraps can be washed in cool water and mild soap, left to air dry and then folded and stored in a drawer until their next use – with care, they should last for around a year.

Top tip from a keen customer: if the waxy surface starts to get a little rough, just pop your Bee’s Wrap in a hot oven (approx. 180°C) on a flat oven tray for 10-20 seconds and the wax will smooth itself out. Leave it to cool and the wrap will be as good as new again.

Compostable

At the end of their life Bee’s Wraps can be put onto your compost heap, where they will break down with everything else.

Please note: freshly-baked bread should always be allowed to cool fully before it’s wrapped. And Bee’s Wrap Reusable Food Wraps are not suitable for covering raw meat.
