Swiss technology has created the ultra-efficient RockPearl+ Plus non-stick – a triple-layered, ceramic-enforced non-stick coating with a granite-effect finish that allows you to cook with little or no oil or fat for much healthier results. Created with all the attention to detail that you’d expect from a Swiss technique, the interior of each pan is first blasted with ball bearings to roughen the surface and ensure maximum adhesion of the non-stick layers – this has the side benefit that, once the non-stick has been applied, the ‘pitting’ makes spaces for any natural oils and fats to run off your foodstuffs and then stay off. And, to make it even more user-friendly, this non-stick surface can withstand metal utensils and is completely dishwasher safe.

Sadly though I liked the feel, weight, and look of this pan I had to return it. It did not work on the larger ring on my induction hob. As I already have plenty of small pans that work on the smaller rings and this was bought specifically to use on bigger rings it was useless to me.
