Even heat distribution

Made from durable aluminium for excellent heat distribution and suitable for all hob types, including induction, this pan has a superb non-stick coating and Tefal’s Thermo-Spot heat indicator in the middle which turns solid red when the pan has reached the optimum temperature for perfect searing – around 180-200°C.

Long-lasting non-stick

Coated inside and out with Tefal’s non-stick Titanium Excellence coating, which is incredibly hard-wearing, metal utensil-friendly and effortless to clean, the pan will last up to three times longer for excellent cooking performance day after day. This premium multi-layer non-stick coating features a patented extra-thick hard base, reinforced with titanium particles so your food won’t stick. Easy to clean both inside and out, either by hand or in a dishwasher, it also has a lifetime manufacturer’s guarantee on the non-stick coating*.

Comfortable to use

The smart Bakelite and stainless steel handle ensures comfortable, easy handling with no risk of burnt fingers, and as the handle is oven safe up to 175°C for an hour, you can start cooking on the hob and finish your dish off in the oven.
