I don’t normally write reviews and if I do, I make sure the product has been thoroughly tried and tested. I bought a full set of these pans over 11 years ago and they remain superb. They are still like new, heat up quickly and evenly and are easy to wash. What more would anyone want!
Ive used this pan almost daily for 2 months. We switched to an induction hob about 6 months ago and I struggled to adjust because our old pans were compatible, but did not conduct well. Everything was catching, I couldn't keep anything on a long simmer - it was hard to get the balance right. After much frustrating research I tried this one and it is a revelation. The heat is distributed perfectly, and now I love the hob I was beginning to regret. It seems you need the right pan to get the most out of an induction hob, but I really thought I would have to spend many times what this one cost.
I've had this pan for a few weeks now. It is sturdy, heats evenly and cleans up easily. I'm very pleased with it. A word of caution: those who have arthritic wrists or hands might want to think carefully before purchasing it ... it is quite heavy empty, let alone full!
Lovely looking pan, very sturdy pan not too heavy and the heaviness is in the pan and not the handle so no chance of tipping over, hand washed great, i out it in the dishwasher and inside has gone cloudy but outside is still very shiny so not really a problem
