Calibrated to provide a precise sharpening angle every time you use it, the KitchenIQ Diamond Deluxe Edge Grip Knife Sharpener makes light work of keeping your favourite kitchen knives in tip-top condition. Easy to use, the two-stage sharpening system puts a keen edge back on any type of knife with ease.

Making it a cut above the ordinary knife sharpener, the base of the Diamond Deluxe has a patented, rubberised V-shaped groove that literally ‘grips’ the edge of a table or countertop to allow you to sharpen knives at an ergonomic angle whether you’re sitting or standing.

Simple 2-stage system

• Step 1 – coarse diamond-coated rods make quick work of smoothing, or setting, the straightness of a blade. Especially good for very dull or damaged blades.
• Step 2 – fine triangular-shaped ceramic stones hone the cutting edge of your knife to give a razor-sharp finish that will make short work of any recipe prep. This can be used on straight and serrated blades.

Soft V-grip handle

The patented pinched shape of the handle provides a comfortable and ergonomic anti-slip grip, and the non-slip rubber feet help the sharpener stay firmly in place on any flat surface too.
