I purchased this product recently at your Shrewsbury store. The assistant advised when i purchased the item that replacement brush heads are available once the head has worn which is a bonus. The brush is a great size and dries quickly. Extremely pleased with this product. My daughter bought one at the same time,hope she likes hers as much as i like mine.
I try to use alternatives to disposable plastic wherever possible, which was what attracted me to this product, and I've not been disappointed. The fibers are lovely and soft and as such gentle on glassware but are also effective on the tougher and dirtier parts of the dishes. I'll never go back to the stiff bristled plastic brushes as long as these are available. The handle sleeve is comfortable to hold. I was not able to purchase replacement heads at the same time as they were out of stock, but I have tried taking off and putting back on the same head so can confirm it is a simple process.
