Cordless
The days of struggling to position your ironing board right above a plug socket or fighting with the flex as you get into the tricky corners of your garments are now over. The Freemove gives you complete freedom of movement as you power through your laundry. It also makes it a lot easier to steam iron vertically, whether it’s for curtains or suits on hangers.
Fast Recharge
Resting on a charging plate attached to your ironing board, the Freemove recharges in seconds when you put it down between garments.
Self-cleaning Soleplate
The Durilium Airglide soleplate is resistant to stains which means it offers incredibly smooth glide for perfect results and it helps provide optimum steam diffusion.
Easy to Use
With a pressure-sensitive and ergonomically designed steam trigger on the handle for when you know how much steam you want and exactly where you want it, the Freemove also comes with an Auto Steam function, which means you can just select your fabric using the LED control panel and let the iron work out the temperature to iron at and how much steam you need.
Safe and Energy-saving
The Freemove has a smart auto-off function. If you leave it on the base for more than 8 minutes it turns off, but heats up immediately when you come back and press the Restart button – keeping you safe and saving energy at the same time.
Other Features
There’s a double anti-drip function to prevent water dropping on delicate fabrics when you’re ironing at low temperatures, a precision tip on the soleplate, an extra-wide hole for filling the water tank and an LED light to show you when the iron is ready to go.

Our old iron needed replaced because the cord was fraying from use of the iron. This iron allows free movement without the hinderance of the cord. The placing of the iron on its plinth takes a little bit of getting used to, but is more than made up for by the ease of use gained. I could live without the nagging beep that lets you know it needs to be replaced on its plinth to reheat.
