Jo 14 March 2018 Gave this as a gift to an elderly relative and was mortified when she handed it back saying it didn't get warm enough - she compared it to her radiator! As I have suffered Raynauds Disease for many years I tried it myself and thought it was excellent. Can only think that how cold your feet actually are when you put them in is relevant. I tried to explain without success that warming up too quickly can give you painful chilblains that take weeks to get better - as I know from experience. Beurer Cosy Heated Foot Warmer FW20 4 "Returm of the "big slipper"" Mr Martin 21 January 2018 I bought this as a present and it has been good up to now. Only thing is it could have a higher top heat. I do realise that it is a safety thing to avoid hurting feet if they were realy cold.
