Motion Sensor

An infra-red motion sensor opens the bin lid automatically when it senses a movement above the lid and then it stays open until you move away. The battery compartment is easily accessible at the back of the bin.

Whisper Quiet Lid

The lid is designed with an internal hinge so that it never hits the wall or cabinet behind it, while the cleverly designed three-stage planetary gear system in the lid’s motor ensures that it opens and closes smoothly every time, and it’s 50% quieter than its competitors.

Easy to Empty

The outer lid hinges up to give instant access to the liner for easy bag changing and then folds back down to secure and conceal the edge of your fresh liner

Easy to Clean

Made from sturdy matt plastic, the bin shrugs off small marks and is really easy to wipe clean.

Takes simplehuman’s code J bin liners for a perfect fit with no visible overhang.
