4 Sink Skin Disposable Sink Strainers

great idea sadly didn't work for me as emptying the washing up bowl caused the strainer to float. Don't know if because stainless steel sink, but having to revert back to old metal one to keep pet food bits out of the drain

I put one of these in the kitchen sink plughole. I then ran the tap quite gently into the empty bowl. The strainer is so light and flimsy it just moved sideways, leaving a gap - not a large one, but big enough to allow waste to escape down the plughole. When I emptied a washing up bowl full of liquid into the sink, the strainer dislodged completely. The plughole is a standard size and falls into the 'maximum width 5cm' this item is supposed to fit. Not surprised it's been discontinued - waste of money.
