I cook large amounts of such meals as Chilli con Carne and curries, I then freeze them in the foil Individual Casseroles, which can be re-used at least once. The lids are great, but are only used once. Good to have a handy meal when you need one - just put in a glass casserole dish in the microwave. Such a useful item.
