Super lightweight at just 2.5kg yet reliably sturdy when open, this sleek, slimline clothes airer is incredibly compact to store, yet still holds up to 16kg of washing over 5.4m of drying space, plenty of room for a generous load.

With a flat drying surface it’s great for drying delicates, and its aluminium construction means that the bars won’t leave any marks on your clothes. It’s really easy to open and close, rear wheels mean you can glide it away when empty, and with 6 hooks for strappy garments and a bar that holds up to 21 hangers, it’s fantastically versatile too.

"Handy bit of kit - but expensive..."

Wanted an airer with a flat surface for drying knitwear, and choose this one for all the other handy features such as hanger rail and clips for strappy items. It's very light, and easy to fold away. Doesn't feel as sturdy as my other airer, but I have faith that Lakeland wouldn't sell it unless it had been robustly tested. Felt it was a bit expensive but hopefully it will prove to be a useful piece of kit in dealing with the weekly laundry loads.
