Very pleased with this steam mop, Its a pity lakeland don't sell replacements for the little glass cleaning cloth. I think this is worth 10 stars, I would highly recommend this mop.
An excellent steam mop it does exactly what it says can find no fault with it great.
I absolutely love this steam mop, it really is easy to use and most importantly the floors dry very quickly. I've yet to use on carpet as my house is mostly "hard" flooring. I have purchased extra heads so I can clean the shower room and kitchen using fresh mops. Love, love , love it!
Purchased to replace an old mop, I had read all the reviews as use with the glider to refresh my carpets in between main carpet shampoo. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to use & the constant steam was good made me realise how tired my old one was. Only one thing the cover for the window squeegee hardly fits a replacement would be good. Not used attachments yet.
I was delighted that Lakeland were kind enough to replace my old steam mop after 4 years....but very little usage with this model. It works well and cleans the floor thoroughly. Not yet used as a hand held item but lots of attachments. Yes the cord is not that long but actually it’s no issue to move it to another plug. I was surprised by the negative feed back as I have had no issue with the head cleaning in the corners. A very happy customer who was delighted with the consideration shown, thank you Lakeland.
