Optimal Steam Distribution
400 micro-holes in the stainless steel soleplate allow steam at 6.5 bar pressure to smooth its way through your ironing with professional power while you enjoy listening to the radio or catch up with some telly.
Time Saving Features
As well as the usual boost function there’s a precision shot for those really stubborn creases, a burst of steam function to power through thicker fabrics, and a huge 1.4 litre tank so you can get through loads of clothes before having to break off for a refill.
Vertical Steam Function
Ideal for steaming clothes on hangers, or curtains and upholstery, this steam generator iron has a long 1.9m cord and vertical steam function to give you even greater versatility with your ironing.

As advertised, nice and quiet and much quicker than our ancient iron. You do need a big specialist ironing board though as the normal ones are too flimsy and the iron takes up a lot of the board.

Have been really pleased with this iron which I purchased in 2014 & like previous reviewer only two of us in household it now appears to have a problem as it keeps tripping my sockets not sure what the problem is but water is leaking from iron thought this iron would last my lifetime so didn't expect to be looking to replace don't think I would pay this amount for an iron again

Bought this iron just under 4 years ago at a cost of £250. Costly, but I figured it would give me many years service. How wrong I was. We’re a couple who no longer have family living at home and so ironing only takes place every fortnight or so and then only in very small quantities. It’s therefore even more galling that an expensive iron such as this should suddenly fail after such a short period of time and after such light use. Extremely disappointed in this product. Expensive. No longevity
