About Turtle Mats

The super-absorbent fibres in Turtle Mats grab an amazing 95% of dirt, dust and moisture. Made from 85% recycled cotton, with a touch of viscose to help the pile bounce back time after time, these doormats will also stay looking good however many muddy boots and paws they have to put up with.

Their lightly studded, anti-slip rubber backing makes them supremely safe, and as they’re machine washable, they’re really easy to keep looking smart. They can even be tumble-dried to get them back into service fast.

"Hedgehogs!"

Being a hedgehog fan, I bought this mat to replace a plain mat for my front door as it is very flat, allows a wheelchair to go over. My general colour in the hall is brown / beige and this mat appeared on the website as looking brown. However, it is slightly purple, but I do like purple anyway. It is a good mat, though needs quite a good clean with the vacuum, initially lots of fluff but OK now after it went through the washer. The only other downside is that I run over it with the wheelchair and end up running over the poor hedgehogs... wheel marks! LOL Overall a good door mat!

"Effective door mat"

Works well collecting dirt from shoes, and is easy to clean, but quite expensive.

Enjoy seeing the hedgehogs, just a little worried that mat may not last it’s guarnteed life as little pieces of material wear off quite often. I bought it to put down in front of sink so hope this will soon “settle down“ and stop shedding surface of mat. Otherwise love the it.
