Modern Boot Store 3 "Disappointed" 13 March 2018 The boot store is just what we needed, but sadly one of the plastic tops to the poles arrived broken. It’s too much like hard work to return it for that small fault, but it is very disappointing. A note from the team We're glad this is just what you need. We've emailed about a spare pole.
Modern Boot Store 3 "Boot store" Dee Woolfenden 22 February 2018 Having used Lakeland products over many years I can say that I am a fan of both their excellent products and their helpful customer service. It is inevitable however that at some point you will be disappointed, and so it was with this product. Whilst it is sturdy and well made it does not match the description ie that it is suitable for knee high boots. My wellies etc are standard shop bought size 8 yet they buckle as they are too long. hey ho! A note from the team Thank you for placing your review. I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment. The taller rails are 45cm which will fit most standard wellie boots. Try putting your boots on the rail at an angle and it may stop the creasing. I'll be in touch to help put things right.
