"I Disagee with the other Reviewers"

I love this brush. I have the scourer as well but I much prefer the brush. I had a different use for it. I am disabled and cannot bend. Both bathrooms in my home have walk in showers and the brush is perfect for scrubbing the shower trays. The firm brush is ideal and the swivel head gets into the nooks and crannies. Grout I prefer to treat with bicarb & vinegar first but for the most part I can stand upright to do grout. I also find it ideal to scrub areas on the bathroom floor e.g. the side of the bowl. I don't find the swivel head difficult at all. As a disabled person I think it is great.

"Multi uses for this great brush."

I disagree with the poor ratings for this brush. My husband rates it one of the best cleaning brushes we have around the house. The extendable handle reaches the ceiling to clean off black mould that we occasionally get above the shower. It cleans the grout, as well as the tiles. We have even used it to successfully clean algae off the conservatory roof.

"Disappointing."

I wish I'd read the other review with which I agree entirely. It's well made, but does not function well. The brush head pitched forwards or backwards, and the bristle are too stiff for baths and tiles. I bought the scourer head, but haven't tried it yet. Maybe it's best just to use a large scourer/ sponge and fix it to a broom stale.

"Hard to use"

The bristles on this brush are too hard and do not give when in use. Therefore it's impossible to scrub into the grout lines, and it slides over the tiles instead of gripping in. Also the swivel is hard to control as the more pressure used the more it slips around.Oxo Good Grips is a great brand but they need to rethink this product. The scourer attachment is fine.

"think twice"

I wished i had also read the reviews before buying i agree entirely.. this brush is just to hard to maneuver, i found the bristles on this brush are far too hard making it impossible to get in the corners. I buy lots of the oxo products & normal very pleased with them..

We're sorry you've been disappointed.One of our buyers tested this in her home and reported "it works well against my tiles as they have an embossing to them, so having a stiffer brush helps get in the pattern".They thought it was a good quality brush and with a brush head in a set position it meant you have more control as you extend the pole and reach higher. Of course tight angled corners maybe tricky so you may have to use a cloth or sponge by hand. Great for high up spaces, getting the tiles at the back of corner baths and for those areas hard to reach on ceilings. We'll be in touch soon to suggest alternatives for you.
