Dry:Soon Deluxe 3-Tier Heated Airer

Product number: 24909

If you get fed up with the sight of smalls draped over your radiators, or having your living space taken over by conventional airers for days at a time, a Dry:Soon 3-Tier Heated Airer is the answer.

This Dry:Soon 3-Tier Deluxe Heated Airer offers 21m of drying space and can hold up to 15kg of laundry. Our Drysoon airers cost pennies to run*, and with gently heated bars are a lot kinder to your clothes than tumble drying. And when you don't have laundry to dry you can fold your electric airer down to only 8cm deep for flat storage.

Accessories available separately include: Dry:Soon 3-Tier Deluxe Heated Airer Cover to keep the heat in and speed up drying, which also doubles as a storage bag for the folded airer; and the Mesh Shelf Duo, a pair of mesh shelves for laying delicate and smaller items flat rather than hanging them over the bars.

About Dry:Soon Heated Airers

When we introduced our first heated airer in 2008 we knew it was a winner, but we weren't prepared for just how quickly it would race to the top of the best sellers list or for how long it would stay there. Since then we've not only developed our Standard range but we've also introduced the Deluxe range too, including our Dry:Soon 3-Tier Deluxe Heated Airer and a selection of handy accessories to make them the best airers ever.

Economical

Our Dry:Soon heated clothes airers cost just pennies to run*. They're much kinder to clothes than tumble drying and they're neater and more efficient than laying laundry over your radiators, especially in those warm but rainy months.

Versatile

Not only do we offer a choice of designs and sizes, each version also benefits from folding shelves that you can position to suit your needs. Dry T-shirts, socks or larger items over the rungs; lay delicate clothes flat to avoid stretching, or hang sheets and big towels over the top without them touching the floor.

Convenient

Made from light yet robust aluminium, this Dry:Soon3-Tier Standard Heated Airer is easy to move around and folds down to 8cm or less deep for storage, ready to be pressed into action throughout the winter months, or whenever the weather isn't cooperating.

Accessories (available separately) include:

*Exact cost per hour dependent on domestic electricity prices at time of use.

**Cost calculated based on the unit cost of electricity of 30p per kWh between 1 July and 30 September 2023.

***Holds up to 15kg of washing.

Product dimensions

Fully open 70 x 74 x 132.5cm H. Folds to 8cm deep. Flex length 135cm. 300W.

"Very Good!"

star star star star star

Having the product now for just over a week, we are delighted with its performance. There is plenty of drying space. The cover contained the warmth and the mesh assisted air circulation as well. The cost of power running the drier based at £0.28p Kw/hr (vat inc) turned out £0.09p/hr. So this has been a brilliant investment. 5 -- 7 hours at a time if there is a full load to dry. Stows away in its own zipped bag.

"Painful - not for anyone infirm"

The product works well, however, the buttons to program the heat are so badly positioned that it hurts when you try use them. I’m a 47 year old man and I have to use other the items to press the buttons. There is nowhere anyone with any disability could use this the buttons we have.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear of your difficulty using the buttons. We've fed this back to our team to consider going forward.

"Deluxe airer disappointment"

star star star star_border star_border

When our original Dry Soon airer finally broke after at least ten years of use we replaced it with the Deluxe version which is in comparison a disappointment. Both screws holding the bottom bar between the airer legs have fallen out over the past few months as they only have a small amount of thread to secure the screw. This is a design flaw in my opinion as these two short threaded screws play a key role in the stability of the whole airer causing the whole airer to lean by 4-5 inches. I can’t remember whether we purchased the airer on my account or my husbands or the warranty duration.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear of your experience with the heated airer. We've passed this feedback along to the buying team to consider going forward. We've been in touch to help further.

"Airer Review-"

Fantastic airer with loads of space , but the optional wheels don't bother with as they don't roll, and completely scratch the floor and are a completely waste of time.

support_agent A note from the team

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear of your disappointment with the castors. If they've damaged your property please do get in touch and we'll be happy to help further. You can also return them to us if they're still within guarantee.

"Wouldn't be without it"

I love my DrySoon, especially for clothes I don't wish to tumble dry. I use the tumble for towels, sheets, underwear, and the cabinet for trousers, teeshirts, jumpers, delicates. I've found: 1. The power cable is too short - multiple comments here to that point. Lakeland- give us more flex! 2. I strongly recommend buying the cover; a dramatic improvement in drying time. 3. Ditto the shelves. I dry most things flat. 4. Turn clothes inside out to avoid marking from the heated bars when you forget you've left a load of clothes drying for a week (our laundry's in the garage and I forget often!)
