"Oh dear"

Thoroughly disappointed! Yesterday I was bought both the standard and xl Limey for Mother's Day and I can't have abnormal taps as I've used both sizes and they just don't work?! I've used Viakal and limelite and am following instructions so I've either got spotless taps or these don't do what they say.
