Slimline Easy Up Concertina Indoor Clothes Airer 10m

I keep my airer in the utility room, where I have limited space. Therefore, it suits me really well. Yes, some of the clothes don't sit flat and are slightly rumpled as they are drying, but as I'm going to iron them anyway it doesn't matter. Perhaps this means that they don't dry quite as quickly but it doesn't make that much difference. I'm having to replace my old one as it blew over in the breeze when I put it outside and some of the fittings cracked, but I've had it for a number of years so feel that I've had good service from it.

Excellent product from an excellent retailer

Good for drying a few garments, the airer is very easy to put up and take down. It also fits in the bath which is great for drip-drying.

Sturdy and easy to errect. However, unless you're hanging childrens clothes or very slim fitting clothes, the bars are far too narrow. Not very practical. I'm going to have to buy a more standard size airer as this one is driving me mad. Nothing can be hung flat so it's taking ages to dry anything.

This product is well-made but the width of the rails is far too small for my needs. I live in a small flat with very little storage space therefore I was looking for something compact and lightweight. I (wrongly) assumed that 56.5cm was the width of the rails (as my old airer was). In the photo, the garments on the airer seem to be ladies' vest-tops, therefore I thought the rails must be wide enough to take a ladies garment; but they aren't. The only way I can put my clothes on to the rail is to fold them in half length-wise, which obviously lengthens drying time considerably. Disappointed.
