As you would expect from the clever design team at Joseph Joseph, this deceptively simple white and green Extend dish drainer has many clever features that lift it far above the ordinary.
Internal slopes ensure that water always drains away from drying items, the lift-out steel rack is tipped with non-scratch PVC to cushion china and glassware and, if needed, you can close the plug and fold away the long, integrated drainage spout until later. Drained water is held safely in the base until the spout is opened for emptying into your sink.
Standing on sturdy anti-slip feet, it will never mark your worktop and the expandable base section increases drying space instantly with raised ribs so even the ‘emergency’ washing up won’t stand in trapped water.
Includes a sturdy, movable cutlery holder.

I often find that sink drainers are too small for the amount of things I wash and therefore want to drain. This expanding disk rack is the perfect solution to that as with the feet it can rest securely beyond the drainer and with the neat spout drain into the half sink. And to keep it clean, just pour clean water on the rack from time to time to flush through.
Having had a new kitchen with a belfast type sink and solid oak worktops I didn't want a draining board so this is perfect as it sits on the oak tops and it can be moved to either side. The drainer is ingenious and it has made my kitchen perfect.Extremely good quality as well as you would expect from Joseph Joseph.
Excellent size for us I was looking for a drainer that could hold more glasses & this fits the job very well as our glasses are quite tall it’s Perfect. Matches the Joseph Joseph white & green bowl that’s fantastic as well Did have a problem to start with but Lakeland sorted it out very quickly.
Having a dish drainer isn't the most glamorous of purchases but if you have a wooden worktop drainer this is a must. Being extendable it copes with any amount of washing up, looks good and saves my wooden surfaces from damage.
After trying may types of drainer I finally stumbled on this dish rack. The problem being that the drainer on my sink is quite small and this fits on it perfectly - un-extended. When I need to extend it the feet neatly side onto a glass tray I have on the worktop - perfect. When extended there is ample room for draining though a large family would find it a bit small for a full bowl of washing up. It is however a touch expensive though it seems sturdy and should last.
