Lakeland Telescopic Steam Mop

I love this little mop, it's light weight and doesn't require expensive chemicals only water. My first mop developed a fault after a year and it was replaced without any problems, thank you Lakeland for the super customer service.

I live in the Mediterranean and have all white tiled floors which a mop leaves streaky ! The steam cleaner leaves the tiles clean and shiny with no slipping ! I would recommend this to anyone that wants a no fuss (no hard work) clean floor.

Bought the previous version of this 2 years ago after some deliberation. I noted, as did several reviewers at the time, that it seemed very flimsy. It was an excellent cleaning tool, but despite careful use the main hanging handle broke. Took advice at one of my local stores and took it (plus the retained receipt) into one (albeit a 50 miles each way trip to either store, but that's country living for you) and was immediately offered a refund or replacement. No sighing, no hassle, no anything, just excellent customer service. Thank you Lakeland. The new model seems more robust.

I purchased this a couple of years ago and recently had a problem with it. Lakeland customer services were EXCELLENT. This one is a newer model and feels much more robust and is easier to fill. The mop works really well is far superior to another brand I had before. With customer service like this you really can't go wrong.

I like this steam mop, and as I only have a small kitchen, (though a large bathroom), find that cleaning both does not use all the water in the tank. However, I am disappointed with the cleaning pads. I always wash them after use, but they never look clean again. I would suggest blue, or green would be more aesthetically pleasing!
