Although I thought this product was expensive it is in constant use. Ihave two cats who are constantly arriving in the house with little "gifts" for us.I am not adverse to spiders but am not keen on mice and birds all of which have been trapped and returned to the great outdoors. A really useful product that has saved me a great deal of anguish.
I purchased this to replace my old one. This is better. It is sturdy and the long handle is very useful. It covers a good area, making it easy to cover the bug, and remove it safely. I find it easy to use.
I have to admit to being terrified of spiders. My late wife used to catch them but now I have to but the Big Bug Catcher has solved that problem for me. If you are, like me, frightened of spiders, buy one and stop having to worry about them. I have two, one upstairs and one downstairs.

I bought this when I was in your Cheltenham store in July. Wasn't sure if it would work very well as I thought that the plastic should have been a bit more rigid, but have now tried it on two lizards running about on the wall and the ceiling. (The ceiling one I had to get another pole to close the hatch as I couldn't reach!) It worked really, really well. Really glad that I got it. I had actually bought it to catch cockroaches, but will let you know how that goes another time, as luckily there haven't been any about the house. (P.S. I am living in Spain at the moment).
When this was delivered, I was at first disappointed because it’s basically just a fragile plastic contraption that must cost pennies in raw materials. I think you could easily break it and it’s not cheap to replace. But having said that, today my cat brought yet another live fieldmouse into the living room and it was a million times easierto catch it with this Big Bug Katcha than it was with with either mousetraps or a with a jamjar. The mouse is now back living in the shrubbery. I would like to attach a photo but there doesn’t seem to be a “insert photo” button on this App, unfortunately.
