I needed a new bin so, internet research...what I needed was a neat 50/50 dual bin...looked them up on Lakeland and nearly choked when I saw the price! But when comparing different styles and materials I realised that good bins ARE expensive. Shut my eyes, clicked on 'add to basket' and awaited delivery. I'm now showing off my new bin to family and friends! It is SO good. Neat, easy to open, lid flips gently so doesn't slap against the wall, decent sized bins, bags tuck in neatly, all things said in 'the blurb' are true, 10 year guarantee, so will see me out! I was on the lookout for a good combination rubbish / recycling solution and read the review on this one. I too was somewhat reluctant to spend so much but then it sounded so brilliant. It has lived up to and exceeded expectations. The kitchen looks tidy and the bin is wonderfully stylish and finger-mark resistant. Everything is under control on the recycling and waste front. I found the bin liners locally so all good! Many thanks for stocking this excellent product.

Purchased this as a replacement for our existing Simplehuman bin. We needed one to place recycling in as well as the rubbish as we were making constant trips outside to the recycling bin. Really pleased with this purchase, it may appear expensive but the quality is far superior to other bins. Our previous Simplehuman bin is over 10 years old and if we hadn’t needed one with recycling we would still be using it. We have every confidence this one will last as well as predecessor.

Fits perfectly in my kitchen and is well made and easy to use. You do need their own brand bin bags as they are longer and thinner than Lakeland's own brand so they fit better. A lot of money for a bin but hopefully it will last well and look good too!

We are in the process of a substantial downsize and needed a waste bin that would fit in the ironing board cupboard.
