"Door Mat"

Overall quality is good and it looks good, but the design means that the "pockets" fill with water and remain full. You end up taking water and stuff into the house as it is like standing in lots of little puddles. Not using any more. Would not recommend at all. Shame.

"Not for outdoors"

Looks good and is well made but I should have read the review before I made an impulse buy in store. Like the previous reviewer I find puddles form in the "pockets" in the mat which do not drain away and make it ineffective against mud and dirt and it cannot be used as an outdoor mat on my doorstep. Very disappointed and glad that I tested it out before I gave it as a gift to my daughter.

"Not an outdoor mat"

I am seldom disappointed with Lakeland products, however I purchased this outdoor mat because I had slipped on my doorstep,unfortunately the water stayed in the ripples and froze and was lethal. The mat held the water, so was of no value for cleaning shoes as one just puddled the water in the house. I am using it inside instead - shame. Barbara Cobb
