I was sceptical about this - I doubted it would pick up much from my carpets, but I'm glad to say I'm really pleasantly surprised! It picks up everything it needs to and it's so light it makes vacuuming (my least favourite job) so much easier and quicker. I can do my small flat in 10 minutes (including dusting with the handheld function). It's quiet and the swivel head works really well. Rinsing the filter every time isn't ideal but it takes a matter of seconds - time much better spent than getting tangled in cords and lugging unwieldy vacuums around. It was a great buy!

I have a small flat (three rooms, long hall, plus kitchen and bathroom). The powerful cylinder vacuum cleaner I have been using was much too powerful and cumbersome. This Supervac is just the job! A quick vacuum clean throughout is no trouble and does not take long. I wish I had discovered this tool decades ago!
