Umbra® Suction Cup Shelf

My wife bought this product and the bigger cup a couple of weeks ago. I consider these excellent products - so much so that I am now considering putting them in the leisure centre that I manage. They are stuck like glue onto our shower tiles!

This served it's purpose for about 8 months or so. I hung 2 Toothbrushes & a small bar of soap. Then one day it would no longer stick to the tiles, I moved it to another section but it only stayed up for about a day and lost its suction again. I returned to the store for an exchange. When the lady put through the till, she said a message popped up to say to clean the surface every 2 weeks. I did regularly clean it but this would be helpful on the package. Anyway will see how I get on this time with advice.

I bought this product because I only wanted to put two items on there, it was placed on a wet wall panelling therefore being a very smooth surface but unfortunately this super suction failed and the item chipped when it fell onto the shower tray

This was a disappointing cheap plastic shelf of poor quality. It refused to stay stuck onto the shower wall. In attempting to get it attached, the plastic lever which clicks shut to lock the suction cup to the wall snapped off. I emailed Lakeland and as always, with their first class customer service, a full refund was given with no quibble.

I bought this for my newly refurbished shower about 6 weeks ago. It looked lovely in place. It fell off and a piece of it broke 2 weeks later. As it wasn't too noticeable I persevered but yesterday it fell to pieces. Usually Lakeland offer only the very best items but this is a terrible product and not fit for purpose. Very disappointed.
