"Fantastic product"

I am so happy with this product. I bought one about a month ago and it is perfect for what I need. I have a 12 bedroom Victorian Hotel with ceilings approximately 10 feet high. This duster reaches everywhere I need and gets into even narrow areas. I am so pleased with it that I went to Windermere this week to buy 2 more so we can keep one on each floor. Unfortunately for me you had sold several that day and had none left. However I am now in the process of ordering 2 more.

"Good but minor fault"

A good duster, nice and flexible but the hard button on the end bangs around and stops you getting into really tight corners.

This review is for an older version of this product

I can only give this three stars because the 'white button' issue is poor design. However the 'scratching the ceiling' problem is easily solved with a rubber band placed round the top to hide the plastic bit. As a duster this, and it's non-telescopic version, are really effective.

I bought this duster from my local Lakeland store. I agree with the comments made about the plastic end, which limits the duster's effectiveness. I note the promises made by "the team" to be in touch to help certain reviewers and I hope they will also be in touch with me on this point (with apologies for the poor pun)!

"Disappointed"

Bought this to replace another product which we have had for years. Thought this would be fun and useful. Disappointed that it has the plastic cap at the end because of the damage it will cause. But did find it very useful for the gap between work top and white goods, more so than the flatemate I had been using. So will continue to use but very gingerly. Not time saving.
