Purchased this for my Mum & she is delighted with it. Very soft and perfect size for over the knees whilst watching T.V or reading, without being too big clumbersome. Very simple to work, with peace of mind that it is safe. Does exactly what it should do. I will definitely be purchasing more...highly recommended!
I got this for my mother, age 95, and it has been a great success. It fits over her when she's in a chair, heats up quickly, and the control panel is at the bottom where she can't disturb the dial (Mum can get confused). I expect that the elderly/infirm are the target customers. Mum has used it every day since she got it and is delighted with it.
I got this as a treat for myself and have not been disappointed. It has seen me through 2 winters and I have decided that my husband needs one, so am buying one for him for Christmas.
I was really thrilled at the idea of this for my big rugby playing type husband to relax under. However I hadn't looked closely at the measurements, its not really even single blanket sized and so he and my sons have rejected it as too small. I wish I had got a bigger one but its too late now, we have used it. So only really suitable for small women.

I wish I'd read the first review before I bought this. The blanket is going straight back. I've just opened it & It is so narrow (& I'm 5ft 1" & not fat) that you cannot wrap it around you so draughts slip around the sides. This is particularly disappointing as the previous model is 20 cm wider and was £10 cheaper.
