The wide Brabantia PerfectFlow ironing board has a wider ironing surface than the standard board making it ideal for larger items such as bed sheets.
The PerfectFlow cover comprises of a pure cotton top layer for easy-gliding combined with layers of foam and felt to ‘reflect’ the steam back into your garment for enhanced steam flow and faster ironing. The non-permeable felt ensures that water drips are never an issue.
A sturdy, dual-sided iron rest, safety locks and 7-step height adjustment from 69cm up to 96cm H. complete the package.

My previous ironing board started to lower itself whilst I was ironing after eight months from new. I needed an ironing board with the locking system which this ironing board has, also the steam generator I have fits snugly on the iron rest and the steam does not penetrate underneath as my previous ironing board did.
This is a great ironing board especially if you have a steam generator iron. The support plate hold even the biggest irons in place ( I put mine sideways on and it fits perfectly). There is absolutely no water residue to end up on the floor as the make up of the fabric prevents this. I am very pleased with my purchase. It was hard to find one initially at this size but Lakeland came up trumps! It is built to last for many years to come.
Good large area for ironing and big iron rest for a steam generator iron. The board is quite heavy which makes it difficult for storing.
