Rowenta Silence Steam Generator

Absolutely love this steam generator very easy to use ,detachable tank handy .i liked my last steam generator but feel that this one is better allowing me to get through my ironing even quicker.there are no cartridges to change and the energy saving setting still allows you to do a great job .it is a little expensive but well worth the money given the fantastic guarantee which lakeland provides and the quality of the product.i am very pleased I bought it after quite a bit of research.

Had never considered Rowenta before, but after 3 faulty Tefal steam generators, I began to look around and found this product. A lot of thought has gone into this iron and it seems as if someone that actually does use an iron has had some input into it's design, amazing, as opposed to some other brands that can sing and dance but are not up to the job intended. I'm really very very pleased with it. The build quality is fantastic, the steam is regular and controlled not erupting all over the place, and it's quiet. It's not silent, but it's quiet. Delivery was very quick.

Having had other steam generators in the past it was a delight to find the Rowenta with a stainless steel base. My other makes always had a base that wasn't easy to clean and consequently when something left a sticky mark it was hard to remove and removed some of the base with it . I don't always make a mess of my ironing but we all manage to find one or two awkward pieces now and again, now I can relax and look forward to many easy days ironing.

After trying a smaller travel steamer I decided to invest in the real thing. This product is easy to use and means I don't dread doing the ironing each week. The tank doesn't need refilling that often and it works wonders on more delicate fabrics that you can't iron without getting that shine effect.

Having spent a considerable amount of time choosing which make and model steam generator iron to buy, I can safely say Ive made the right decision in purchasing this 'Rowenta Silence Steam Generator'. Its quiet in use, light but solid, and has a good sized water chamber which only requires re-filling every now and again. The steam does much of the hard work, requiring little effort on my part. Used to have a lot of pain in my back and shoulder after getting through a pile of ironing. This is no longer the case as the time taken to finish the weekly chore has been reduced by half.
