Invented by Susan Davidson, a Lakeland customer, and made in the UK, these amazingly absorbent leak catchers have to be seen in action to be believed. Each individual strip will eagerly slurp up to 400ml of any liquid that lands on it, making them perfect for when a freezer needs defrosting or the washing machine filter requires attention. The unique design incorporates a clever pleat which, when it has soaked up all it can, unfolds to reveal a message to tell you it’s full up, and the liquid is transformed into a non-drip gel that is easy to carry away.
