I had an extremly dirty oven that really needed intense cleaning. I though about getting a professional service in but a friend recommended this. Its was awesome! The oven looks like brand new, the shelves will need another session but I am more than happy and have saved a fortune. Once again Lakeland has delivered the goods for the job!
The only problem with this product is that you realize how dirty your oven is! I moved into a rented flat and I don't think the oven had ever been cleaned, despite this only a minimum amount of effort is required. It has lifted all the burnt on grease from the bottom of the oven and the racks. There are no nasty fumes or smells from the products which is great when you have your head stuck in the oven! I highly recommend it.
My new oven has ceramic self cleaning lining which must not be cleaned with spray on oven cleaner. I was going to just buy the oven mate cleaning gel but, when I spotted this kit, I hoped it would help me with the rest of the job. I was astounded that, having left the oven gel on overnight and also put the racks in the cleaning bag overnight too, everything washed off with a gentle sweep of one of the cloths provided. Having allowed a morning to clean the oven, it took me a matter of minutes! Very impressive. I'll definitely be ordering this again, and getting some for my daughter
It is the best oven cleaner I have ever used! Cut through all the muck very easily and would recommend this to anyone. This kit is very good value for money.
I have used oven mate for the first time. I was recommended to leave it on all night, washed off oven mate this morning and it is the easiest oven cleaner to remove. My oven looks like new, will be using again and again.
