Lakeland Anywhere Sensor Light

I bought mine and it is a useful safety device for the elderly; in our case going downstairs during the night when you do not want to use the main lights and wake up the rest of the household. The problem is the slider switch which is fiddly to operate. It is probably because to make the unit suitable for both in or out of doors the switch has waterproof packing. Sort that out and Presto? However, the nightlight which I have has the slider switch and that is also a problem. Signed BRIAN W.

Contrary to others' experiences, we found this light performed exactly as promised. It lights up a dark cupboard on our narrowboat and allows people to use the bathroom at night without fumbling for the light switch! We had no problems with the slider switch, nor with the light turning off - NB the light will not turn off if you keep going back to check?! :-) Only one gripe - at this price we would have expected batteries to be included, hence one star lost.

very cheap plastic look & feel; the sensor did not work at all - we left the light on for 1 hour and it did not go off… We returned it the next day - as always, Lakeland's return policy was easy and smooth
