Urban Large Dish Drainer

The quality is awful, it collects water so edges of plates are soaking, the cutlery won't stay in the small and shallow section. I've thrown it out after a few weeks and will now have to buy a new one. Lakeland is usually good so I'm surprised they sold this to customers.

I have shopped for more years than I care to remember at Lakeland, and never had anything but great products as a result. This is a real exception: in my opinion it is not fit for purpose: the top doesn't fit properly on the base, and it's absolutely hopeless. I bought it for my daughter and have now swopped it for a different one which I bought from you 4 years ago, which is far superior. Please remove this from your stock!

What can I say about this rack, I can't speak. It was absolutely diabolical. If you don't value your plates I highly recommend. Spent more money replacing plates than we did on the 'drying rack'. Does however dry things very quickly as they normally break almost instantly. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS unless you have lots of excess kichenware. If there was an option for 0 stars I would have given it.

Absolutely awful dish drainer, has broken three of my best plates already. Will need to now replace them as well as the dish drainer.

I have never been so disappointed with a purchase from Lakeland before! Having spent £19.99 on this a few months ago & persevered it is now going in the bin - I purchased it in store and unfortunately I didn't keep my receipt. It just doesn't do what it is designed to, water doesn't drain, plates don't stack and it is a complete nightmare & impossible to clean - so disappointed. Would rate with no stars if had the option.
