I agree with the other reviews the Velcro on the pads are useless once they have been washed a few times. Poppers or Buttons would be more durable

Great floor cleaner but the pads let it down, agree with the previous comments about the Velcro, I’ve tried putting rubber bands round them to hold them on and safety pins!
I like the fact that these have a 'scrubby' side, but they have shrunk in the wash and are very hard to fit onto the mop now. The original mop pockets didn't suffer from any shrinkage after washing.

I totally agree after washing on 40 as recommended they shrink and the Velcro is useless They also need to withstand at least a 60 degree wash

The mop is heavy to use and I have found that the mop heads tend to come off if I swivel the mop to get in corners. I agree with the other reviewers - the hook & loop fixing is rubbish. After a few washes the mop covers shrink and does not hold. BTW - the mop covers do not come up clean at 40 degree wash. This is an expensive steam mop: Shark need to work on improving the product.
