"Broken handling strap"

Eagerly awaited this product. Sadly I did find my IPad etc. slipped. Maybe a production fault but the carrying handle snapped after only 2 days when first hung up. I used to be a frequent shopper both online and at Lakeland shops but personally feel the quality of some of the more recent items are not up to standard.
