"Fantastic" star star star star star I bought this product some while ago and used it for the first time recently. I put in 4 bowls of boiling water to start the process and then after half an hour I used the spray. I could hear the ice melting and within 5 minutes the whole (admittedly small) freezer was frost free. I thought it was fantastic and will not bother with the boiling water next time.

"Defrost" star star star star star Sadly as I had left my freezer so so long between defrosts this didn't work for me. I sprayed it round a lot, waited ages and nothing. Next time I know it will work as I am not going to leave it so long. Only heard good things about his product though
