Press the button to automatically dispense continuous super-heated steam – and we mean continuous, there’s no pumping required – and start cleaning and sanitizing your hard floors without the use of chemicals. The handle on our new version has an ‘elbow’ which means it’s now much easier to get under furniture without bending over – good news for your back. The microfibre pads lift dirt and grease easily from tiles, vinyl and sealed wooden floors, leaving them almost dry and killing 99% of germs and bacteria.

Really easy to use and cleans my tiled kitchen and bathroom floors like a dream. Effortless cleaning. I've even used it on my shower tray with great success. Absolutely love it and so glad I bought it.
Firstly I must say I am delighted with this mop. I have a fairly large area to keep clean and a hairy muddy dog and the mop makes light work of bringing my floors up sparkling. I am however concerned there is no mention or facility to descale it. Any appliance producing continuous steam is going to need descaling to ensure a good continuous flow of steam. I have raised this issue with Customer Services and am waiting for a reply. That issue aside, I think its brilliant.
I have been looking for a steam mop for ages. This one made me cringe when I saw the dirt that came off my "clean floor" excellent
Just bought this steam mop yesterday. Went onto Metro Centre shop and a very helpful lady gave me a demonstration. Just used it for the first time today and am very impressed with the end result. It is so easy to use and I like the bendable handle for getting under low furniture. I thought my floors were clean but was horrified to see the colour of the pad when I removed it. I would recommend this model to anyone. Thank you Lakeland.
Excellent product. Easy to assemble ; easy to use; cleans brilliantly with minimum effort. My only slight quibble is that it could be a little easier to store as there is no lock to keep it standing upright - keeps falling over in the cupboard! Very pleased overall though.
