Tefal® FreeMove Cordless Steam Iron FV9920

I wanted the freedom of a cordless iron but did not know what to expect. Needless to say I shouldn't have worried! I received my iron several days ago and I am so pleased with my purchase. The iron itself has a high quality, solid feel; as you would expect from Tefal. The base charger installs easily onto your ironing board with a simple plastic vice. I was amazed at how quickly the iron heats up and it is ready to use in no time! The iron holds its temperature and generates plenty of steam and I would even say it puts my steam generator to shame! I would definitely recommend this iron!

I am so pleased with this iron. I don't have to stand very close to a socket and it is great not having to worry about getting the cord in the way. It heats up so quickly and gives plenty of steam when needed. My only small criticism is it doesn't hold very much water for steaming and has to be filled at least once in a session. The best iron I have ever bought.

I'd been looking for a long time for a Cordless Iron to replace my existing cordless as I was needing a new one. So pleased with this purchase. My husband was at a funeral this week and wore his 100% cotton white shirt which is a nightmare to iron but not with my new iron. No problem its brilliant so pleased with it. Thanks Lakeland I have waited a long time for a new Cordless iron.

Purchased to replace a hugely expensive steam generator iron that died after 7 weeks of use. This iron is every bit as good with the added advantage of being cordless and even though still quite expensive for an iron, much much cheaper than the steam generator iron. An excellent buy.

As a working mum, chief dog walker, chauffeur, all round slave and wife, the ironing was the 'one chore too far' as I wished for the pile to get so big it would crash through the ceiling and crush my hubby - and his combats trousers! I decided to buy a new iron.. He did, however, cough, choke and splutter at 'the £99.99 for a @bleep@ iron?' But gave in after an evening of me whining. This iron is amazing! You will love this iron, it's fast, steam is excellent and not too heavy. Irons combats with ease :)
