Plate racks do not hold large dinner plates as the weight lifts up other end-they should be designed to slide along to hold in place instead of just pushed down

Was very disappointed by this product. When you put the plates in the rack it's not very secure,the plates keep tipping over.

very disappointed with this product, the racks do not sit well on the base and tend to tip over, the cutlery section lost two of the securing posts on day one, would not recommend this at all, I normally receive such good products from lakelands, this one is not a winner.

I persevered with this dishrack for a few weeks but finally threw the pegs away in frustration because they kept falling over and now use the base in the shed as a plant tray. It simply isn't fit for purpose as a disch rack. Have bought another product (from Lakeland) which I'm happier with but this was a waste of money.
We're sorry to hear you've been so disappointed with this product, however we're pleased you've found a suitable alternative.
I hadn't realised that the water doesn't drain away, I have to tip it out after use, so the pots don't dry properly. Also the elements keep falling off when the plates are removed or when it is tipped to drain the water.
