LOFTi Duo 4 "GREAT - UNTIL 1 PEG BROKE" D A 18 August 2014 I'm updating my review, as a peg broke after 6 months, and I don't feel that's value for money for this expensive smalls dryer. Thank you to Lakeland's wonderful customer services team, who quickly resolved my complaint. I wish replacement pegs were available, as I'd happily buy them! Until the peg broke, it was the best smalls dryer I'd ever had. The pegs are well spaced, and that means items dry faster. Hangs anywhere - you don't need to have the Lofti ceiling airer to use this dryer.
LOFTi Duo 3 "Broken pegs again...." Mrs Emma Hogg 02 November 2015 I've just logged in to Lakeland to replace my Lofti smalls dryer and see that mine has exactly the same fault as described by the other two reviews. I've owner the smalls dryer and Lofti drying rail for about two and a half years now. Both excellent products, but 11 out of the 16 pegs have broken across the plastic join so they no longer hold close and are no longer pegs. LOFTi Duo 3 "Pegless?" Mrs southcombe 03 August 2015 Oh dear, I have just read the other review and I was under the impression that new pegs would be available. I purchased mine along with the Lofti airer two years ago and now have 3 broken pegs. I have been making do until I could remember to get into Lakeland and replace them, now I do feel somewhat cheated, as I did not think to complain when the first one broke ages ago! Guess the moral is never procrastinate....it costs money! If they were replaceable this item would get five stars.
