iRobot Scooba 390

Seven years ago we moved to our current home and I decided to have 50 square metres of black shiny granite floor tiles laid. It looks great but probably wasn't one of my best choices as it is very high maintenance (needing to be swept and mopped every day to look it's best). I am so pleased with the Irobot Scooba. The first time I used it, my floor was so clean and shiny. Everyone keeps remarking how beautiful the floor looks. It is so easy to fill/empty the tank and maintain. I certainly wouldn't be without it now and it is up there with one of the best things I have ever bought!!!

I got my lovely Scooba (now called Scooby Do) yesterday and waited patiently for him to charge. He has now washed my orangery, the kitchen and the dining area. I was worried about our tiled vinyl floor as it was not sealed but the amount of water left on the floor is less than when you mop. The tiles are also textured and he coped beautifully. He doesn't wash quite as well as the husband but he takes about 3 hours less and I'll be able to make him do the chore much more often. Confused about the "bulb" thingy in the box as it looks important but the instructions do not mention it.

I just love my Scooba! It does a great job of washing my tiles and wooden floors. As much as I love my Roomba too the Scooba is just the best thing ever! I would love the small one that is out now also because it would be great at getting around the toilet area and other tight areas. Hhmmmmm...!

I was really looking forward to delivering of my robot. I had to use ti twice on the kitchen floor, which wasn't really dirty. The first time it had left marks and the second time the floor was very wet and streaky. I had to clean it again. It actually cost me more time and effort. So sadly I have now returned my robot!! Thank you to customer service
